After a customer makes an online payment, we will notify the customer of the order status via email within “24 hours/3 business days“, including order confirmation, payment confirmation, and electronic reports.
Customers can stay informed about relevant updates via email. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service for assistance.

You will receive results within 5-7 business days after we receives your sample.
However, some tests may require additional analytical time. 
For more accurate estimation, you may contact us to know about details. 

Your report will list out the value for each tested item, accompanied by “Pass” or “Fail” warning based on the guidelined value by the Hong Kong Water Supplies Department.

Any information listed and figures calculated under this scheme are for reference only. They are not intended as a substitute for accredited test report.
QTC is accredited under HOKLAS for specific laboratory activities as listed in HOKLAS directory of accredited laboratories.
